Norris served at the White House as a senior policy advisor in the presidential administrations of both political parties. He spent most of his career in the the U.S. Federal government and has worked at Brookings, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and as a management consultant in a Fortune 1000 company.
He really knows about the many struggles leaders, business owners, individuals, and companies/organizations face. Raised in a working class neighborhood he appreciates the value of education and hard work. He raised three children and is married to Dr. Delise Dickard -- so he also understands what a challenge it can be to manage the tightrope that is work and life!
He earned a graduate degree at Harvard, and in 2020 completed Georgetown University's leadership coaching program. He is certified as coach by the International Coaching Federation. In his spare time, Norris loves all things outdoors like hiking, biking, camping, sailing, and more! He relishes reading, travel, talking to his three daughters, and a good cup of tea or coffee.
