Life, Leadership, and Executive Coaching are now offered by Norris E. Dickard. He is the husband of Dr. Delise Dickard, and together they are truly a dynamic duo! Norris has a unique approach to coaching. It starts with the premise that we all have special talent, abilities, experience, and a unique leadership style. And, we can all learn to improve, live a better life, and be more effective!
His coaching approach is focused on where the client is in their life and based on their unique learning style. It is based on the latest findings from neuroscience, adult learning theory, psychology, and the published research literature on leadership effectiveness. Psychological assessment and referral to treatment is an option for clients, if there are issues that prevent them from living life to the fullest, or meeting their full potential either as professionals or in personal life. Other assessments may be suggested, to measure such traits as: leadership skills and deficits, resilience, social-emotional intelligence, etc.
